King BBQ Supply - 30-Day Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at King BBQ Supply. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we’re here to help with our 30-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it.
     
  • The item must be in the original packaging with all original parts and accessories.
     
  • You must initiate the return within 30 days of the delivery date.
     

Note: Items marked as final sale, clearance, or custom orders are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@kingbbqsupply.com with your order number and reason for the return.
     
  2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
     
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided using a trackable shipping method.
     

Please do not send your purchase back without receiving return authorization.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
     
  • If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
     

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
     
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
     

Note: Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@kingbbqsupply.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
